These terms apply to the website portablepowerllc.com and to the consultation request pages on go.portablepowerllc.com ("the Site"), operated by Portable Power LLC, 1650 Broadway Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504 ("Portable Power", "we", "us").

Using the Site

The Site provides information about Portable Power's solar, battery and related energy services and lets you request a free consultation. Information on the Site is general. A written proposal from Portable Power sets out the specific scope and price for your home. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of savings, production, incentives or financing approval.

Requesting a consultation

When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to give it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy: https://portablepowerllc.com/privacy-policy/

Text message program terms (SMS)

Program: Portable Power text messages.

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in or use our SMS program.

What you receive: if you check the consent box on a Portable Power form, you agree to receive text messages from Portable Power about your request: appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, and follow-up about your consultation or project.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request a consultation without agreeing to text messages.

Frequency: message frequency varies with your request.

Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: we do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

Ownership

The Site's text, images and marks belong to Portable Power LLC or its licensors. Do not copy them without permission.

Limits

The Site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Portable Power is not liable for losses arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits rights you have under law.

We may update these terms by posting a new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
